Wendy Williams Shares New Photo, Amidst Indefinite TV Break

Amid her absence from the Wendy Williams Show, Wendy Williams shares a glamorous photo.

Wendy released a new snapshot while on her indefinite TV break, showcasing her stunning sense of style.

During her vacation from The Wendy Williams Show, the 57-year-old published a fashion-forward Instagram photo.

Wendy is seen wearing a cheetah print coat with a matching Louis Vuitton bag in the photo. “Ready,” she captioned the photo, which she matched with a simple black outfit and a beaming smile.

Wendy’s announcement comes months after it was revealed that she will be taking a break from her named talk show owing to “ongoing medical difficulties.”

Several celebrities filled in for her, including Leah Remini, Whitney Cummings, and Michael Rapaport. Mort Marcus and Ira Bernstein, co-presidents of Debmar-Mercury, stated in Feb that Sherri Shepherd, who also guest-hosted for Wendy during her medical vacation, will get her talk program, which will replace The Wendy Williams Show’s current time slots.

“Sherri is a natural presenter who has proven her hosting chops for several years as a panelist on The View, on Fox’s Dish Nation, and as a popular guest host of Wendy this season,” the executives said in a statement. “Sherri’s unique humorous take on our daily lives ‘Hot Topics’ section, as well as her originality and relationships with our guests, have impressed us, just as they have our fans. Her enthusiasm for the topic and daytime viewers is palpable, and we’re looking forward to working with her on another long-running talk show.”

“It’s been a challenging time for Wendy as she deals with her health issues,” Wendy’s representative Howard Bragman said in a statement to E! in response to the lineup change. She owes a huge debt of gratitude to Debmar-Mercury, Sherri, and everyone else who has helped the show this far.”

“She understands the reality of syndicated television better than anyone, you can’t go to the marketplace and sell the ‘Maybe Wendy Show,'” he continued. “She knows why this choice was taken from a business standpoint, and Debmar-Mercury has guaranteed her that if her health improves to the point where she can host again, and if she desires to host again, she will be back on television,” she says.

Wendy Williams’ net worth was estimated to be $40 million in March 2022. Her radio show, endorsements, book contract, and talk show account for the majority of her net worth. Her annual income is expected to be in the range of $15 million.
